By this application filed under Sections 439(2) and 482 of Cr.P.C., applicant challenges anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent Nos. 2 to 10, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge6, Aurangabad, in Crime No.147/2019, registered with Sillod police station, Aurangabad, for offences punishable under Sections 405, 406, 415, 417, 418, 419, 420, 423, 424, 425, 426, 463, 464, 465, 466, 468, 470, 471, 474 and 120-A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. Perused the investigation papers.

Learned advocate for applicant strenuously argued that SVH

2 933-ACB-185-19.odt the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, has committed error in granting anticipatory bail to respondent Nos. 2 to 10, by ignoring the seriousness of the allegations made against them and the fact that their custody is necessary for effective investigation. According to her, the impugned order passed by the Sessions Court is perverse and is unsustainable.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor supported the impugned order. She submits that in the present crime chargesheet is filed on 09/07/2022 and the case is numbered as R.C.C. No.92/2022. Today, the matter is kept before trial Court for appearance of accused persons. Considering the subsequent developments, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application. Application is, therefore, rejected.
