The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 05.10.2013 passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, below Exhibit-6 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 592/2012, whereby interim maintenance has been granted to the respondent.

Learned advocate for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has expired on 25.07.2019. He has placed on record death certificate of petitioner, same is marked as 'X' for identification.
