By this application, applicant seeks enhancement of compensation. Delay of 483 days has been occurred in filing Appeal. Notice of this application has been served on respondent nos.1 and 2. There is no contest to the pleadings in the present application.

Considering reasons as stated in the application and submissions advanced, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:
