After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the Order dated 03.12.2019 passed by the respondent no.2 - Commissioner, on the ground that, the petitioner is having substantive alternate statutory remedy of preferring an appeal, learned counsel on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy of appeal before the appropriate Competent Authority. Leave and liberty granted.
