In all these writ petitions petitioners assail the interim orders passed in the complaints 0led under Section 28(1) r/w Item 3, 9 and 10 of Schedule IV of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 by the Industrial Court, Latur. Petitioners 0led complaints before the Industrial Court challenging their transfer orders and after recording the evidence led by the parties Industrial Court has dismissed the said complaints.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the main proceedings itself are disposed of. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petitions. Writ petitions are, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
