The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that the pending application (undated) at page nos.16 and 17 of the Petition paper book, for seeking issuance of Project Affected Person Certificate, be decided.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that the office does not have any record of such an application. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would search for an acknowledgment receipt. 4.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach Respondent no.2 and tender the acknowledgment number of having filed the application at page nos.16 and 17 in the Writ Petition paper book.

(2) 906-wp-1847-2024 If such an application is traced out, the Respondent would take a decision on the same within 60 days. If it is not traced out, the Petitioner would tender a copy of the said application and thereafter, the Respondent would deal with the said application on it's own merits and take a decision within 60 days.
