By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to decide the caste claim of the petitioner pending with respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee since 05.06.2025.

Considering the fact that petitioner is desirous of appearing for the NEET examination 2026, we direct the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 31.05.2026. 4.
