ORDER :

We are not inclined to issue any mandatory directions to the Respondents. However, we direct the District Collector, Nanded to look into the grievance raised by the Petitioner and take an appropriate decision, and in case the claim of the Petitioner is found to be genuine, direct the concerned officer to return the amount of the Petitioner. Such decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible, however within TWO MONTHS from today.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in this Petition. It will be open for the Collector, Nanded to consider the grievance raised by the Petitioner in this Petition and take decision in accordance with law. 3.

With the above observations and

directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of. .
