The petitioner's wife has delivered a child in the recent past. Nobody is there to take her care. The petitioner being father, needs to be there to take care of wife and the child. The petitioner has not availed benefit during last three years. In view of the same, the parole of 45 days granted to him, which is going to expire on 23.12.2023, is being extended by further 15 days on the same terms and conditions.
