It appears that this Court by order dated 12.09.2018 (Coram : Sunil K. Kotwal, J.), in Civil Application No. 11226 of 2018 and connected matters, in the same award has vre/-

1-CA-15239-2019+.odt allowed the applicants/original claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited before this Court on certain conditions. Learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body has no objection if the applicants in this matter are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount with some conditions.

In view of the above, the Civil Applications are allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% out of the compensation amount deposited before this Court on furnishing written undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and further allowed to withdraw 25% of the compensation amount deposited before this Court on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
