Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petitions, the petitioner assails the order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Nashik whereby the Divisional Joint Registrar refused to grant interim stay during pendency of revision. 3.

Without going into the merits of the matter as these proceedings are pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, I deem it appropriate to direct both the parties to appear before the Divisional Joint Registrar on 29.12.2025. The Divisional Joint

This Court granted the interim order on 15.12.2023. In view of the fact that the interim order was in operation since 15.12.2023, the same shall continue till the Revisional Court decides the matter on its own merit.

Both Writ Petitions stand disposed of. All points kept open.
