All these appeals are filed by Acquiring Body/State against the Award passed by the reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. Shri N.K. More, Naib Tahsildar, P.T. Bamkinhola Tahsil, SDM Sillod Office is present before the Panel.

2 Sr.No.2 APP Shri Phule is also present before the Panel. 2.

It is submitted that, in view of the policy adopted by the Government vide Government Resolution dated 3rd November, 2016 read with Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017, the Acquiring Body / State has decided not to prosecute these appeals further. In view of the submission so made, all these appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The appellants shall be entitled for the refund of the Court fees as per rules.
