Learned advocate for the applicants as well as learned A.P.P. submit that now the investigating officer has filed N.C. report. Learned A.P.P. further submits that since the investigating officer is of the opinion that the offence under Sections 307, 327, 554-A of I.P.C. has not been made out or evidence to that effect was not found, the investigating officer has filed the N.C. report. 2.

Taking into consideration this subsequent event, certainly, it would be for the learned Magistrate to take further steps and in view of the same, we dispose of the application with liberty to the applicants to approach this Court as and when occasion arises in future.
