The appeal is preferred against the quantum only. In view of the objection raised, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount with accrued interest thereon on the undertaking that they will deposit the amount if the award is reversed. ( S. G. MEHARE, J. )
