By this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to decide the caste claims of the petitioners which is pending since 09.09.2019 before the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are desirous of taking further education, we direct the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. 4.
