Perused the averments made in the Civil Application. In so far as prayer clause 'B' is concerned for impleadment of the applicant as co-applicant, applicant has made out case for impleadment for the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' . Amendment to be carried out accordingly within one week from today and amended copy be served upon the other side.

In so far as prayer clause 'C' is concerned, the said prayer is also forming part of the Writ Petition and can be

The respondents are directed to fle afdavit in reply in the Writ petition within four weeks from today and copy of the same shall be simultaneously served upon the petitioner.

5. Re-joinder, if any, fled thereafter. Place the matter on board for admission on 25th April 2022.
