Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

This application is filed seeking recall of the order of issuance of bailable warrant by this Court against respondent no.4 in contempt petition no.489/2025.

Now, learned Advocate Mr. R.K. Ingole submits that respondent no.4 is present in the Court. He tenders apology to this Court for not appearing on the earlier occasion. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application and since the Officer is personally present, the order dated 8th December, 2025 issuing bailable warrant is recalled.

Application stands disposed off.
