PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner challenges the interim order dated 17/12/2025 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, whereby the operation of the order dated 08/12/2025 passed by the Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation, has been stayed.

Since the proceedings are pending before the Hon'ble Minister, and it is informed that the matter is fixed for hearing on 07/01/2026, the petitioner is granted liberty to apply before the Hon'ble Minister for expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings.

Considering that the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Minister staying the order of the Commissioner, which pertains only to inquiry proceedings, it would be appropriate for the Hon'ble Minister to decide the pending proceedings expeditiously. Accordingly, the Hon'ble Minister is directed to decide the pending proceedings as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of three months from 07/01/2026. 4.

In view of the above, instead of this Court entertaining the petition against the interim order, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
