Learned Advocate for Municipal Council has placed on record copy of communication dated 22.09.2025, addressed by the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council, Beed, stating that the pension, commutation of the pension, gratuity, difference of 6th Pay Commission is paid to the petitioners. So far as the 7th Pay Commission difference is concerned, the proposal for payment as per 7th Pay Commission is submitted to the Divisional Commissioner, Municipal Administration, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on 18.09.2025. After the order is passed on the same, the benefits would be extended to the petitioners. The said communication along with chart showing amounts to the petitioners is collectively marked "X" for identification purpose.

Since payments are made to the petitioners, Contempt Petition is disposed of.

Difference of 7th Pay Commission shall be extended to the petitioners as early as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from today.
