Mr. R.A. Tambe h/f. Mr. V.G. Dawkhar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned AGP submit that revision is maintainable before the revisional authority/State to challenge the impugned order in this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the revisional authority. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is grave urgency in the matter and prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to apply before the revisional authority for interim relief. 4.

In view of the above, if such an application is filed by the petitioner before revisional authority, the said application be decided by the revisional authority expeditiously considering the urgency in the matter. 5.
