Since Investigating OfÏcer was not co-operating and was not forwarding investigation papers to learned APP, by order dated 14/02/2024, he was directed to remain present in the Court on 22/02/2024. He failed to remain present. Therefore, by order dated 22/02/2024, Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar, and Investigating OfÏcer both were directed to remain present. Today, Mr. Rakesh Ola, Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar and Investigating OfÏcer, Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Dinesh S. More, both are present in the Court and they tender unconditional apology for the lapses committed by Investigating OfÏcer. Superintendent of Police further states that he intends to initiate departmental action against Investigating OfÏcer for not co-operating and forwarding investigating papers to learned APP in spite of repeated communications. Their presence is marked.
