This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Sachin S. Ware, Assistant Manager, Oriental Insurance Company is also present. The learned advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the M.A.C.T., Aurangabad in M.A.C.P. No. 693/2011.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the appellant that decreetal amount has been deposited in this Court. The registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited in this appeal to the M.A.C.T., Aurangabad.

The Chairman/Member, M.A.C.T., Aurangabad be informed accordingly.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
