The praecipe is moved in morning for withdrawal of Writ Petition.

Under the order dated 18th December, 2019, we observed that we have entertained the petition only when the petitioner showed bonafides of depositing the amount. On the said date, we had further directed the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.7 Lakhs within a period of three weeks and upon deposit of the said amount, the respondents were refrained from taking possession of the secured assets of the petitioner till next date. The petitioner did not deposit the amount and now has moved for withdrawal of Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with costs of Rs.5,000/-.
