We are not inclined to entertain the prayer clause "B" of the Petition.

However, the relief claimed in terms of prayer clause "C" thereby seeking directions to Respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 3rd July, 2017, is concerned, it appears that, though the petitioner has waited for considerable period, the representation of the petitioner has neither been decided nor any decision is communicated to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 3rd July, 2017 on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 16th February, 2018.

Needless to observe that, if the District Collector, Jalgaon feels it necessary can hear the petitioner and also Respondent No.8. However, the entire exercise is to be done within stipulated period as indicated above.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.

The parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
