The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 07.12.2022 whereby registration of her Second Appeal (St) No.27215 of 2022 alongwith C.A. (St) Nos.27216 and 27217 of 2022 was refused for non-removal of office objections. The applicant is also prayed for delay of 351 days. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 07.12.2022 stands recalled and the Second Appeal alongwith pending Civil Applications be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
