The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in one of the matter the vigilance has been conducted of the petitioners real cousin. 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and submits that the committee would decide in accordance with law.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners are pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 26.12.2019. 5.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
