ORDER :- 1.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, it emerges that as a matter of fact the Committee had heard the matter in January 2020. However, no decision has been rendered yet.

In the circumstances, it appears to be expedient that the petitioner be before the Committee on 04.02.2021 and the Committee should proceed with the matter and decide on the same in the right earnest, preferably within a period of four weeks from 04.02.2021.

In the circumstances, respondent no.3 would await the decision by the Committee and till such decision may not take any coercive action against the petitioner.
