Both the learned Advocates for the respective sides are ready and willing to address the court on the Review Application. The delay caused in filing the Review Application is only 14 days. The applicant/wife is a college going student and would be appearing for her XII standard examination.

Considering the above, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 14 days is condoned without imposing costs and the Review Application is taken up for hearing.

Learned advocates for the respective sides submit, on instructions, that the issue between two sides has already been

referred to a Mediator in the Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 505/2017. The second date in mediation proceedings is posted on 02nd February, 2018.

By consent of the parties, it is observed that the parties would make an effort to resolve all issues and on their request, the proceedings in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 505/2017, Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 996/2017 and Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-290/2017, pending in various courts shall be adjourned until further orders in this matter. 5.
