The order passed by the revisional authority that is Additional Commissioner in RTS Revision is assailed. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 8 to 12 submits that, the petitioners have remedy of filing second revision against the said order before the State Government and relies on the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in a case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2015(6) Mh.L.J. 915.

In the light of that, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All contention of respective parties are kept open. The authority where the proceedings would be filed shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. No costs. [S. V.
