The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition. 2.

The learned advocate representing respondent no. 6 - management submits that bogus and fraudulently prepared documents have been placed by the petitioners before the respondent no. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. He submits that an application under the appropriate provisions of law would be filed before respondent no. 3 for investigating the veracity of the documents and with a prayer to initiate proper SG Punde

2 901WP388.2020 proceedings under the criminal law for the fraud played by the petitioners.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 submits that if such an application is filed before him, he would hear all the parties and after drawing a conclusion, he would do the needful. He hastens to add that he has expressed a prima facie view in the affidavit in reply dated 09.02.2021. Yet, he would hear these petitioners and the management and then take appropriate steps for dealing with any act of fraud or manufacturing of documents. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

Respondent no. 6 is at liberty to move an application before respondent no. 3 as regards the allegations against the petitioners. The Education Officer shall give an opportunity of hearing to all the parties and initiate appropriate steps in the event he concludes that the documents are bogus or manufactured by the petitioners.
