I have considered the order passed by this Court (Coram : N.W. Sambre, J.) dated 22.11.2017. Interim relief has not been granted to the Petitioner.

By this Civil Application, interim relief is sought in the writ petition to the extent of staying the impugned judgment, which was not granted when the petition was heard.

This Civil Application is entertained only to the extent of prayer clause "C". As such, the Applicant is permitted to deposit the amounts in this Court without prejudice to the rights of the litigating sides and deposit of such amounts shall not create any equities in favour of the Applicant.
