13th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) The proposal tendered by the respondent No.4 - Institution seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground is stated to be pending for decision with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, since 2011. 2) If this be true, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, shall take decision on the proposal expeditiously.

{2} 911 - WP - 2711 of 2018 3) In the facts of the case, the respondent No.3 is directed to take decision on the proposal submitted by respondent No.4 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.

4) With the directions as above, the petition is disposed of.
