Mr. Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare has forwarded the proposal to the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare

(2) WP No.180/2018 + 1 for grant of approval (Exhibit 'C') to the appointment of the petitioners as Helper and Cook. The same is pending since the year 2014 and is not yet decided. Mr. Gunale, learned Counsel for the Management submits that the proposals are not yet decided. 2.

In case the proposals (Exhibit 'C' colly.) are pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four (04) months.
