Applicants apprehend arrest in Crime No.1058/2023, registered with Rahuri Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

FIR is lodged by Sudarshan Gite alleging commission of robbery at his house by six unknown persons on 15/09/2023 at 01:00 a.m. and by putting inmates of informant's house under fear of causing injury by means of knife. Gold ornaments and cash amount worth of Rs.2,10,000/- was robbed. During the course of investigation it was transpired that both applicants have helped main accused person in disposing of the stolen articles. 3.

Heard learned advocate for applicants and learned SVH

There are no criminal antecedents against applicants. Main accused are arrested and stolen articles are recovered. Investigation is almost complete. In the facts of present case, custodial detention/interrogation of applicants is not necessary. 5.

Application is therefore, allowed.

In the event of arrest of applicant No.1 Janta Bajirao Chavan and applicant No.2 Kaushalya Aailasha Bhosale in connection with Crime No.1058/2023, registered with Rahuri Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount. 7.

Applicants to attend concerned police station as and when called by Investigating Officer and shall cooperate in the investigation. Applicants shall not tamper prosecution evidence. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
