Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. He submits that entire amount as per award passed by the Commissioner has been deposited with the Labour Court. As per order dated 17.1.2024 this Court graned interim relief that the respondent shall not be permitted to withdraw the amount without permission of this Court. Now, the applicants/claimants have filed application seeking withdrawal of the amount.

In that view of the matter civil application stands allowed and disposed of.
