We have heard Mr. Salunke, the learned counsel for petitioners. The petition is basically challenging the order of termination.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the Presiding Officer of University and College Tribunal Aurangabad has assumed charge.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
