The petitioner is challenging the order of transfer. The Chief Executive Officer came to the conclusion that on the basis of wrong information the petitioner has sought order of transfer and imposed penalty of stoppage one increment. The petitioner has filed appeal against the said order imposing penalty of stoppage on one increment. The same is pending before the Divisional Commissioner. In case the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order of penalty is allowed then the petitioner may assail the instant transfer order.
