The petitioners and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner no.1 desire that the legal heirs be brought on record in the petition. Delay is of six years and six months.

The applicants/ petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital,

On this condition, the delay stands condoned and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner no.1 shall be brought on record.
