Though respondent No.3 is served, none appears for respondent No.3.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the reference filed by the petitioner under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act is allowed. The petitioners have filed Darkhast for execution in the year 2017. The judgment and award is still in force. Still the respondents are not paying the amount of compensation.

It is submitted that under the same award, the compensation has been paid to three persons. The petitioners are excluded. 4.

The learned A.G.P. does not have instructions. 5.

In case, the award passed by the reference Court is in force and there is no stay to the award passed by the reference Court, and there is no legal impediment, then respondents shall make the payment as per the award passed by the reference Court preferably within nine

(09) months.

The writ petition is disposed of.
