This application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant by judgment and order dated 28.11.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar in Special Case No. 6 of 2019.

The sentence awarded is short sentence. During the trial the applicant was on bail. Considering that there is no possibility of appeal coming up for final disposal in near future, the substantive sentence is suspended subject following conditions.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

( 2 ) cria4493.23 (ii) The substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant by judgment and order dated 28.11.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar in Special Case No. 6 of 2019 is suspended.

(iii) The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond and solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand).

(iv) The applicant shall not try to contact the victim and her relatives.

(v) The applicant shall attend concerned police station once in a month i.e. on first Sunday of every month from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

(vi) The applicant shall keep informed the concerned police station about his contact details such as residential address, mobile number etc.

(vii) In case of breach of any condition, this order is liable to be cancelled.
