This is an application for condonation of delay of 1380 days in filing application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased appellant on record.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that for want of knowledge of order, they could not bring themselves on record in time. Learned AGP opposed the application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, this Court finds no malafides on the part of applicants in not bringing themselves on record in time. Hence, application is allowed
