1. Heard the learned counsels for the applicants and the appellant.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the issue involved in the appeals, the following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount from the amount deposited with this Court, with accrued interest; 50% amount be released on undertaking that they would deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed and remaining 25% amount be released on furnishing security / surety.
