The present applicant is the only one who was left out since the others had been before us and this court vide order dated 19.8.2023 quashed both the F.I.Rs. Since the present applicant is similarly placed, we allow this application in terms of the order dated 19.08.2023 passed in criminal application No.2661 of 2023 and other connected applications.
