Heard learned Advocates for the parties. These applications are opposed by learned Advocate Mr. Patil. However, since in similar matters, orders are passed. Hence, following order. (i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

(ii) Further 25% amount is allowed to be withdrawn with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (iii) The applications are accordingly allowed and are disposed off.
