Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Perused the pleadings in the Petition, grounds taken therein and documents placed on record.

The contention of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that in absence of any permission and recognition, Respondent No.7 is running 8th standard. He invites our attention to

239.18WP the letter written by Respondent No.5 to Respondent No.6 directing him to take steps to close 8th standard run by Respondent No.7.

Upon careful perusal of the documents placed on record, none of the documents even slightly show that, Respondent Nos.1 to 6 have approved/allowed or indicated to Respondent No.7 to run 8th standard.

Whether Respondent No.7 is conducting the classes of 8th standard or not is also not clear. Therefore, in the facts of this Petition, we find it difficult to issue any writ to Respondent No.6. The Petition raises disputed questions of facts and therefore, it is not desirable to entertain the said disputed questions in writ jurisdiction. Hence we decline to entertain this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Petition stands rejected.
