The Petitioner is the widow of the deceased employee, who retired on 28/02/2003 and passed away on 21/11/2011. This Petition is filed by the widow, seeking the second Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) monetary benefits of her husband. A representation filed by her dated 14/11/2022 is pending with the Sub Divisional Engineer, Zilla Parishad Water Supply Department, Sillod, Tq. Sillod, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect the Respondent/Zilla Parishad to deal with the
