Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to release Provident Fund amount out of the Provident Fund Account of the petitioner. Respondent No.4 has filed affidavit that the proposal has to be routed through the Drawing and Disbursement Authority namely Headmaster of the concerned school.

Respondent No.6 Headmaster shall forward the proposal of the entitlement of the petitioner for the amount of provident fund as may be permissible in law to the respondent no.4 within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the respondent 1/2

no.4 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
