Heard the respective counsels.

In a connected matter, this Court by order dated 28.07.2023 allowed the applicants to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereon to date. Civil Application for bringing the legal heirs is allowed. The legal heirs of the claimant be brought on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within three weeks from today.

After bringing the legal heirs on record, they shall be allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount jointly from the amount deposited on undertaking to deposit the amount within eight weeks if the impugned judgment is reversed.

In view of the above, the applications for withdrawal of amount are allowed.
