The learned counsel for Petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, Petitioner No.2 Kisan Marotirao Sontakke died. The other Petitioners are old aged persons and the legal heirs of Petitioner No.2 Kisan are the rustic villagers and not knowing the procedure and hence, could not take proper steps to substitute themselves in place of original Petitioner No.2 Kisan. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C). Civil application is accordingly disposed of. [ V. K.
