Miss Chate, the learned counsel submits that, she has wrongly made her appearance for the respondent No. 2 and prays for withdrawal of her appearance. The respondent No. 2 is represented by the learned A. G. P. In view of that, appearance

2 wp 15527.19 of Miss Chate, the learned advocate stands discharged. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposals seeking approval tot he transfers of the petitioners from unaided to aided division are pending since the year 2016. Same are not yet decided by the Education Officer. 3.

In case proposals seeking approvals to the transfers of the petitioners from unaided to aided division are pending with the respondent No. 2/Education Officer (Exhibit - E), then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The Education Officer shall also consider the judgment dated 04.07.2019 of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 with other connected writ petitions. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
